Information you provide
When you join the First Taste List, you may provide your first name, email address, ZIP code, interest choice, marketing consent, and—when relevant—an optional social handle or business name. Viva Saturday Foods may use Square Customer Directory to maintain that list. If you contact Viva Saturday Foods by email, we receive the address and inquiry information you choose to send.
How information is used
We use information to manage orders and fulfillment, manage the First Taste List, respond to inquiries, share requested product and availability updates, operate and secure the website, maintain records, and comply with applicable obligations. Square securely handles payment-card entry and payment processing; Viva Saturday Foods does not receive your complete payment-card number.
Browser storage and preferences
The site may use essential first-party browser storage for your cookie choices, the cinematic-introduction state, accessibility or session functionality, and other features necessary to provide the website. The cookie preference stores a version and category choices only; it does not contain personal information. Optional analytics and marketing technologies are not currently in use, including advertising pixels.
Service providers and security
Cloudflare supports website hosting, delivery, and security and may process network, device, request, and security-log information needed to provide those services. Square supports the product catalog, inventory, orders, payments, refunds, fulfillment, and Customer Directory where applicable. Providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security. We do not publish an exact retention period that has not been established.
Your choices
You may decline First Taste marketing consent by not submitting the form, change browser-storage preferences through the Cookie Preferences link, unsubscribe through instructions in a marketing email, or ask to review or correct information you provided by emailing hello@vivasaturdayfoods.com. Provider-specific controls may also apply.
Children, external links, and changes
The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Links to Instagram and other external services take you to services governed by their own policies. We may update this policy as the website or its services change and will revise the date above.
