Created at home. Refined over five years.

Smoky Bell began at home as a sauce created for our own table.

Over approximately five years, the recipe continued to evolve through preparation, tasting, sharing, and refinement.

What began as part of our family meals is now being professionally produced in small batches in New Hampshire.

Portuguese is our first language, and food has always been an important part of life in our home. We believe that living well is shaped by the choices we make every day, including what we put on our table. That same philosophy inspired us to create Smoky Bell with carefully chosen, natural ingredients and no unnecessary preservatives.

Viva Saturday Foods is growing from one family table toward many others—bringing bold flavor to everyday meals, gatherings, and shared moments.

From our table to yours.

Small-batch matters.

Producing Smoky Bell in small batches allows us to stay close to the process and give careful attention to each production day.

It is a hands-on process built around preparation, consistency, and craftsmanship.
